This beach resort built in the mid 1930´s was part of the modern tourist infrastructure that also reshaped the seaside rock slope of the southern part of the city. Terraces, ramps, stairs, bridges together with lawn slopes, shrubs and stone parapets compose a simple put strong landscape. The streamline design project took into account pedestrian and vehicle horizontal and vertical circulations, spa buildings, coffee shops and restaurants. All structures were constructed in reinforced concrete and finished with white stucco and shaped as simple volumes with rounded angles and windows.
