The 15th edition of the International Film Festival of Gibara marked the opening of our new pop-up project, Casa Gitana – a multi-functional on-site venue to bring internationals and locals together between festival events, support local and visiting artists, and provide a space of true social and cultural interaction in creative coexistence, where, the true protagonist, was the town.
The project proposed an organic, healthy lifestyle, in an atmosphere of respect, solidarity, tolerance and diversity. Donna Freeman, specialist in herbal elixirs, was present with her organic remedies. From fresh fruits to yoga and meditation classes, this was a home away from home.
