The hotels in Cuba typically offer Wi-Fi service.  There may be an additional charge.

You can purchase wi-fi cards in various places to use at hotspots.  Many parks in Cuba are now hotspots and typically there will be someone there offering to sell you wi-fi cards on site.  Your guide, hotel, or B&B will be able to help you with this or feel free to ask in advance to know which is your nearest hotspot.
