FEEL THE CONNECTION

It is the experience in the place, the observation, what we often lack to feel really connected in a world marked by technology.

Conectar Bahías, the event created by Geo Darder and Copperbridge Foundation, invites you to an afternoon where we can compare similarities and differences between us through music, dance, visual arts, culinary and ways of living. A creative dialogue based on diversity and common points.

Two photographic exhibitions: Cuban Capoeira, by Danay Nápoles and Alejandro Reyes, and Retratos, by Danay Nápoles, will be exhibited as part of this exchange, together with a demonstration of Brazilian capoeira and a tasting of Cuban recipes.

Brazil will then receive Cuban culture at home. The hosts on this occasion will be a group of Cubans who will share their experiences with Brazilians from two photography exhibitions, and an open and intimate dialogue that will range from the comparison of culinary or cocktail traditions, to artistic production and social life of our countries. A visual encounter, with words, flavors and sounds.

The event will take place at Solar Carmina this Thursday, November 1 at 5:00 p.m., a space dedicated to the lodging of people from different cultures, from different parts of the world, and to the development of projects linked to art, culture, and creativity.
