Born in Havana, Cuba, in 1969, Williams was educated at the Havana Fine Arts Academy of San Alejandro
and the Havana Institute for Pedagogic Studies, where he specialized in visual arts. In 1996 Williams moved
to Miami In USA and his endeavor expanded from painting to photography, video art and film making. His
video 53 minutes documentary Open Mongo Napoleón, many of his 3D computer generated animations,
drawings, installations, paintings and photography have been presented in solo and group showings in Cuba,
USA and Europe. His work integrates private and public collections from the USA to Europe.
